These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of coffeemadeclear.com and the guides and other content on it. Coffee Made Clear is operated by Jeremy NyQuist, a sole proprietor in San Diego, California (“Coffee Made Clear,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Making coffee can involve boiling or near-boiling water, steam and pressure, electrical appliances, sharp grinder parts, glass or ceramic equipment, and hot metal surfaces. Always follow the manufacturer's safety instructions. Coffee Made Clear is not responsible for injury, burns, equipment damage, food-safety problems, or other loss resulting from improper use of equipment or from not following manufacturer instructions.
5. Guides and Recommendations
Coffee Made Clear may publish guides, comparisons, and recommendations. They reflect our editorial assessment based on the information reasonably available when they were written. Each guide says what it is based on, as explained in ourEditorial Policy.
A recommendation does not guarantee a product or method will suit every reader. Results vary with grinder calibration, water chemistry, coffee freshness, roast level, technique, equipment condition, environment, and personal taste. Manufacturers may change products without notice. Confirm important specifications, warranties, safety information, compatibility, return policies, and current prices with the manufacturer or seller before you buy.

Coffee Made Clear currently has no affiliate links and takes no payment for coverage. See theAffiliate Disclosure. If that changes, we will disclose it as described there.
7. Prices and Product Availability
Prices, discounts, availability, shipping terms, promotions, warranties, and retailer policies mentioned on the site may change after publication. We do not control third-party prices or inventory. Verify the final price and terms with the seller before you buy.

Some images on the site, including the logo, were made with AI image tools. You may view and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disputes about these Terms or Coffee Made Clear will be handled in the courts of San Diego County, California, to the extent a forum may lawfully be agreed. Nothing here removes a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
18. Severability, No Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect to the fullest extent the law allows. Our not enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the agreement between you and Coffee Made Clear about your use of the site.
